The unit powers on and the touchscreen is working but the home button at the bottom of the screen is not working and you cannot go back on any app. We are not the original owners of the ipod and we do not know its history. Purchase includes the ipod as shown only, no cables or other accessories are included. We are not accepting returns on this purchase.
