Book is in great shape, with minimal signs of wear. The slipcase has some minor shelfwear around the corners and a little bit of lifting on the top (see photos). The book itself is like-new, with no rips, tears, creases, stains, loose pages, or markings of any kind. All of the inserts, including the town map and scratch-and-sniff stickers, are included in new, unused condition.
