The units all power on and respond to the buttons but we are misisng the equipment to fully verify them. We are not the original owners of the item and we do not know its history. Purchase includes the motorola unit with a battery as shown. The batteries did charge but never showed a full charge and we did not test the full run time on them. We are not accepting returns on this purchase.
