In used preowned condition. It works and functions as intended. I was not able to find the factory reset settings so this will be sold as-is. The device itself is in good condition physically and cosmetically. The touch screen is responsive. The battery does hold a charge but not sure how long of charge as it is an older battery. Battery charger not included, you will need to acquire your own to charge this device. The device cover is intact but peeling. If you have any questions or concerns please ask them before buying.
