Never used tool with defects. If you look at the last couple of pictures you can see the enamel paint coating has chipped on the metal pole. There are spots of superficial rust on the tool head. All shown in pictures. Handles are in very good condition with no wear or damage. Comes with nuts and bolts to install handle and tool head. My suggestion before using this tool is to get a can of matching paint enamel rust-oleum and touching up the chipped spots with a couple of coats before use. you have any questions or concerns please ask them before buying.
