This is a Royal Quiet De Luxe serial #1297767 which puts this as a 1947. She looks pretty sharp, and I love the glass top keys from this era, but she has an issue typing. In the video, I have the right margin set right to the middle. When I hit the margin release, the carriage moves freely. The draw string is attached and good. The mainspring is good. Perhaps it is an easy fix, if you are so inclined? I hate to part these machines out as they are so good looking, but this one should only go to someone who can fix it, or just to appreciate it's beauty. Free shipping is to continental US only.
