Machine powered on and appears to function, but does not heat up at all. Unit shows no signs of damage externally, likely a power supply issue or circuit board issue. We believe this machine is a great candidate for a savvy person to repair! Unit is new, and has not been used. Machine does not include any trays or racks. Ships quick!
