Encyclopaedia of British Pottery and Porcelain Marks shows the mark #1271 on the back of this set was used from 1890 with the various years distinguished by year ciphers. The year cipher (XXX, & XXXIV) used on these indicates production of 1 in 1967 and 4 in 1971.
