I am not sure what is wrong with it, and that is why it is being sold 'as-is'. If I were to try to fix it, I would suggest starting by replacing the battery, which is totally dead. A low-power condition would by my first guess as to why it does not boot. I have a whole mountain of accessories and software, but I cannot verify any of them work due to the fact that the pocket pc itself is not working. With this bundle you will get.
