Your buying the miscellaneous galvanized part pictured. This is a new item, not sure exactly what it is, measures 2 1/4 inches in diameter on the threaded end, it has a 1 3/4" large nut on the top with a place for a setscrew, looks like it could be something to do with the barrel pump but I'm not sure.
