This is the classic "We Never Went to the Moon" by Bill Kaysing, which kicked off the entire moon hoax craze of the 1970s. Bill Kaysing was head of the technical presentations unit at the Rocket Dyne Propulsion Field Laboratory from 1956 to 1963.
