This is all new in open box. Since the boxes are open I take everything out and check to make sure it is all there. These are from a large lot of that all had some minor rips or busted corners of the boxes. Some of the boxes are perfect and some are a little damaged. I randomly test one in 10 of every lot to sure it works. Comes with headset, microphone, usb dongle, usb cable, carry case, and box. Some of the boxes are a little beat up or have some clear tape on them.
