These were sent to radio stations, etc for promotional uses. Very rare. The back of the case has a hole punched through the UPC. This was done by the label on purpose so the cd could not be sold. The booklet is stamped in gold print explains that is a promotional cd. I have not seen another one of these promo cds out there for the tv series, although I have for return of the joker movie.
