The zipper functions as it should and opens and closes smoothly. The zipper buckle is bent upward slightly which liekly allowed the pull tab to slip free. If the internet is to be beleived, this bag came with the fragance Fraiche by Versace. Not perfect but it it should make a good addition to any collection.
