These are Powered Monitors, no amp needed. Come out of a mixer, computer or any other line level output. Opened for the first time to test and have a look before listing. Speakers power up and sound great. I did notice some laminate ripples, check pics. These were likely not stored in a conditioned space, the East Tx. humidity got to the cosmetics a bit. Otherwise no flaws. Going out double boxed for protection.......Htop
