I marked it was new because I don't believe this has been used. I can't see inside the container but when shaken it feels full. It is 4 1/8" tall, 2 3/8" wide and 1" deep. It is made by the Colgate-Palmolive - Peet Co., Jersey City, N.J. I believe this is from the 1940's.
