I bought this off Ebay but the seller sent the wrong one, and one not fully functional. I got a refund so now I am selling it off. So I know what is wrong with both sides....there is a spring on each side where the plastic pivot broke and the mechanisms do not lift up evenly engaging the pinch rollers to roll the tape. One spring is missing on the record side. I put the found parts in a bag which is still inside. I had removed the counter band while troubleshooting and left it off since I had no use for the tape deck. There is a small Crack on the exterior of the tape player face. There are a lot of good parts on this if you have one.
