Pre owned condition. Sticker residue and some dust, and some marks. I turned it on and it lit up, I also tried a tape and it played, rewound, and fast forward. But I don't know if it shows a picture or sound because it uses cables that I don't own nor have a TV it's compatible with. It's a professional VCR that would have been used in CCTV or other systems but it can be used as a normal VCR. Described as accurately as possible. See pictures.
