Very scarce book, 1917 printing. All pictures are of the exact item you will receive. Covers have staining and general wear as pictured. Corner bending. Pages inside are bound tightly and book feels very sturdy. I didn’t see any rips, writing or water damage. Pages are very clean for the most part. A few small dot stains and light yellow staining in a few pages. See last picture for example. Most have no wear, just slightly discolored from aging around the edges. Ships bubble wrapped and carefully packaged in a box. Thanks
