Pre-owned Markem-Imaje 9450 coding printer purchased from PrintJet last year. It did not fit our intended use and the company would not take it back. We never printed with it but it was sold to us as a fully functional unit. Honestly we just could not get the customer support to successfully talk us through the set up, and the physical interface with our product type was too cumbersome to pursue it further, we are cutting our losses and moving on. This coding printer comes with stand, maintenance funnel and armature used for cleaning the print head, extra ink and “additive” which is the combo cleaning functional fluid that is mounted alongside the ink. Also included is an extra print head mounting bracket and a power conditioner to ensure clean electricity is provided.
