🦋 Scovill Hamilton Beach electric carving knife model 275 blades Vintage 1960s
It is model 275 and my elderly relative was the sole owner. The knife blades are sharp and slice when the button on the top side is pressed and held down. The blades are removed by pressing the button on the bottom side.
