Since it was released right at the dawn of the compact disc era, before a lot of people had bought CD players, not that many of these were made and sold before it went out of print. The Solid Rock SRD 030 CD (the 1988 release) was released in two versions--on the first release, the CD had a blue background, while on a subsequent run the CD had a silver background.
