When the LED light green ,enter into H-D/VGA/DVI signal ,Then customize the resolution to 1280x390,60HZ ,choose full screen ,Then the screen will show pictures or video perfectly. Check if there is 1280x390 resolution ,If yes,Directly choose this resolution ,If no ,Chose "Customize".
