Here is a lovely, elegant chrome and glass table that probably dates to the 1970s/80s and done in the style of Renato Zevi, the Italian designer. The piece is unmarked but is quite stylish and has a Hollywood Regency vibe in spades. The smoked glass top is approximately a 1/2 inch thick and quite heavy to boot. The chrome frame is sleek and classic and holds the glass in a freeform way with 4 mounts, two on each side. Two of the mounts are missing their thin rubber supports but it's hardly noticeable through the dark glass and does not affect their function at all. Overall it's a very sophisticated presentation of a wonderful end table from the time when chrome and glass ruled the furniture world. Thanks for looking.
