New with tags/ Still in original package. 100% cotton. Plz note that the tag sewn into the shirt plus the price tag attached to button indicates that the size is 16 1/2 34/35. I believe that the shirt was put into the wrong packaging which shows the size as 17 38-39. Returns are welcomed if this is not the case.
