Had issue with opening. Opened up unit and pushed open an place my finger on the back of the drive. Came out fine and accepted a dvd EXCEPT/ got the loading prompt and then no disc. Also I lose the blue screen with the GW logo blue screen occasionally shows up Popped in a cd and working for that application open - close - play will not eject with an empty tray on its own , needs a finger Don’t have karaoke assume it does not function
