VINTAGE GE TRAVEL FOLDING STEAM IRON, DUAL VOLTAGE, WORKS
This can be used with or without steam. I think the plate is made of stainless steel, but I'm not certain. I tested the iron and it seems to work as it should. It heated up quickly and the steam worked fine.
