This is from my mother's Stainless Steel cookware, but I don't see a name. She never used this and I have never in my life ate a poached egg! With that being said the insert does have some scratches from being moved around so much in the cabinet and one of the cups has some discoloration. I didn't try Stainless Steel cleaner on them so it may shine right out. This appears to be a standard size for a 10-1/2" vessel. With the right pot I'm sure this could also be used on a camp fire. Also the photos are picking up reflections from nearby items, there are no brown, yellow or any other colors on the insert.
