Fresh estate find, I have not cleaned or taken apart. Works great, T key sticks and it needs to be cleaned inside which should solve the sticking problem. Ribbon needs to be replaced it looks used up. I see no rust, stored indoors, dusty. I am not a typewriter expert. Case is missing one of the front black rivets, no key, scuffs and wear on case but it is functional and sturdy. All rubber feet on typewriter and case.
