This Harvia Vega Sauna Heater is open box but UNUSED. The reason ewe are selling it as that is not "UL Approved" and thus cannot legally be in stalled in WASHINGTON., OREGON OR MASSACHUSETTS. Since we are in WA we had to get a different UL approved heater.
