The TV and DVD Player Works perfectly. The VCR play tapes but stops suddenly. Fast forward and rewind work well. Based on my research the heads probably need to be cleaned. I dont have a head cleaner. The remote control is included and is functional. Im trying pick up only at first. To ship this would be a challenge I'm not willing to take on. Im in a Holly springs NC I can do porch pick up or meet locally 20 min drive or less
