This EZ Krunch is a great exercise designed with use to help the abdominal muscles. It has been slightly used but is still working with use. The rubber bands may not be as durable as they are not new but they do come with the set. Measures 21” and with the rubber band mounted on it then you pull the stretch as you go. Have fun!!
