Original oak 1915-ish magneto wall telephone with 1937 accessories

I was inclined to label it a Western Electric since three or four of the parts are Western Electric, but I think it has a 1912-1932 Stromberg Carlson ringer, giving credence to the two refurbishers who would have new oak cabinets made locally and then outfit them with parts off the available market.
