This unit is in new condition however it was returned due to the fact the date wasn't able to be set to the 2025 year. This has no effect on its functionality it simply doesn't have the correct date at the footer. This can be rectified by entering it manually if you actually need that feature. Otherwise most faxes come in with header dates.
