The Sony TC-W7R is a black dual cassette deck with Dolby features. It includes Deck A and Deck B for recording and playing cassette tapes. The volume for Deck B is lower, but Deck A works great. This cassette player and recorder is designed for home audio use. Deck A functional and sounds perfect Deck B seems to me a connection issue in the board sometimes it all sound will stop and a small tap on the top of side B gets the sound going again although at lower volume than side A
