This scanner is in good working condition, with some general wear from use. I was able to listen to several transmissions during testing, although I have no idea how to program it. The display works great, and all the controls and buttons are responsive. The speaker and headphone jack sound good. No power cord or mounting bracket is included- only the main unit and antenna pictured. Please see pictures for details. Thanks!
