Audiofrog engineered and built their GB12D2 12" subwoofer with performance in mind. It starts with a 3", four-layer voice coil made to withstand the heat generated when a sub's working hard. The cast aluminum basket uses special venting to help dissipate this heat, enabling this sub to handle up to 500 watts RMS.
