the calculators on the right side of the picture are working (TI-84 plus ce, and both TI-30x IIS). the TI-83 Plus has something wrong with the display, the TI-84 Plus won’t turn on by most likely needs new batteries, and the other TI-84 Plus CE just need a charge.
