Remote works with this player. There was a battery that started to corrode in the remote, but it all flaked right out. No discoloration or residue on the remote's metal. All paperwork is included. Some visible wear from use, but looks good. Tested with DVD and works well. I will include the cords to hook up to the TV. Last picture.
