You are buying a new Micro Engineering N scale building kit, item No. ME-3. The box contains the Petroff Plumbing Supply kit parts and instructions. The box is not sealed and looks to have never been sealed. It is packed so full of parts that we did not take them out for fear we would not be able to get them back into the box. We think the kit is complete. This is a kit. Assembly is required.
