"French Brocade" by Christopher Stuart for Optima! These plates were made 1995-2001 and are now discontinued and getting pricey to replace/find! The plates are oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe and have a beautiful multi floral rim with blues, green, teal, pink, yellow, and orangish flowers, followed by a thin green trim line.
