This 440 Yard Dash medal is made from 10k 1/20th gold fill metal and has a Runner design on the top part - it was for being awarded 1st for this event in 1952. It has the initials or letters S C I. This item has been previously owned and is in good vintage condition with some expected scuffs and discoloration to the surface of the metal, may need some lighter cleaning.
