Like books by Ainslie, Quinn, and Davidowitz, I think Fornatale's "The Winning Contest Player" is in that category. I particularly liked the section on race handicapping towards the end of the book, in which the horseplayers interviewed for the book, gave their insights on how to identify the winning horse in a race.
