This is a one owner camcorder. It has every piece of original paperwork it came with. We used it about 5-6x. DOES NOT COME WITH A BATTERY-AS IT HAD BEEN TOO LONG SINCE IT WAS USED & THE BATTERY WILL NOT HOLD A CHARGE. WORKS being plugged in just fine and we just tested it again.
