It looked like it was gifted to them because there was still a tiny patch of holiday paper taped to the box. Honestly, the wok (bottom unit) looks like it was used once, MAYBE twice. The cover and steam rack appear brand new, the chopsticks still in factory sealed plastic bag. I plugged it in and it heated up immediately.
