Swissmar electric 8 person raclette party grill. KF-77040. Perfect for winter vacation and ski homes. It is portable. Every part is light weight, except for the cast iron grill. It has a 2 sided cast iron reversible cooking plate on top that can be flipped for different types of cooking; one side has a ridged grill for grilling vegetables and meats, the other side has a surface for cooking 2 crepes. Beneath the cast iron cooking surface is the heating coil and below that a stainless steel surface for placing the raclette pans. The heat temperature is adjustable.
