This is a new 12 volt or 20 volt flip drill from Skil. I love this drill and use it all the time it saves time switching between two different size nut drivers or between a nut driver and a drill bit, the 12 V system is a great platform to operate a tool from because the batteries can be used to operate many 12 volt devices. I have not owned a Skil product since I was a kid and had my Skil saw, seems to be a quality product. 5 year warranty. TOOL ONLY
