AMD Radeon instinct mi25 no cooler. I bought it with the intent to flash the wx9100 firmware on it for use with Windows. I never got around to it. I was told that it worked when I purchased it. When plugged in to a Windows computer as a secondary graphics card it did not cause any boot failures but I can't confirm any testing beyond that. I do have a few more of these listed separately due to different functionality.
