This piece is an authentic late-19th-century Parker’s National Coffee Mill No. 431, produced by Parker & Co. of Meriden, Connecticut, one of the most respected American manufacturers of cast-iron household mills during the late 1800s. The No. 431 is one of their table-top wooden box mills, known for its dovetailed construction, ornate cast-iron top, and distinctive front label. Surviving label!!
