Hi, We have this great early Royal model 890 portable typewriter in its original hard case carrier! It is was found at a local estate auction and is in good working condition! It could use a little cleaning but it is not bad at all ! overall I would give it a 7 1/2 -8 . Only because you can see that someone used this machine but they took good care of it. All the keys work and both colors of ink on the ribbon work as well!
